Hearth is a home security app designed to make leaving home feel more safe. The app is tailored to upperclass homeowners. The app provides you with the ability to protect your home, watch camera footage and adjust your thermostat as well as your lights all from your phone.
When designing the app, I wanted to make sure I was using design elements that felt comforting and friendly. I chose to stick with a sleek palette and keep it simple, so I picked shades of green. The Helvetica typeface is a clean type design so it offered a sleek feel to the overall design.
